Update test command so PHP unit tests can be ran locally again (https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-blocks/pull/9678) 

* Update test command so tests can be ran locally again

* Update mappings instead

* Put back ${PWD##*/ for current dir

* Try mapping both paths
