Mike Jolley	b9a02ba98c	Some US states are countries American Samoa, Guam, Mariana, Puerto Rico and islands are not really states and have ISO country codes, so should be listed as such. This may have implications on users using these state codes right now, but as part of shipping zones this change makes sense. American Samoa, Guam, Mariana, Puerto Rico and islands are not really
states and have ISO country codes, so should be listed as such.

This may have implications on users using these state codes right now,
