* migrate utils from CustomerFlow/StoreOwnerFlow to customer, merchant and shopper
* merge customer into shopper
- add shopper.gotoMyAccount flow
* update internal uses to merchant, shopper
* add *Flow deprecation messages
* update e2e-utils changelog
* update order filter, refund tests to merchant
* add a wait to refund test for ajax to complete
* update StoreOwnerFlow to merchant in new test
* move ajax wait to end of previous test

Updated the Jetpack Autoloader to v2.7.1
...
This includes a number of improvements but also requires that we set the `optimize-autoloader` configuration key to compensate for some classes that don't comply with PSR-4.
