Drop CacheHydration class and do it directly.

Primary reason for dropping the cache hydration is that seems like we can acheive the same results without it, so no need to add this additional complexity to our code.

...
My be developer using another class to wrap the order. and in this case, the value of $classname allway is false. Send $the_order to filter is the solution.

Passed $args to dynamic class that inherits WC_Abstract_Order is never used.
...
Therefor the $args in the function and method in factory class seems unnecessary.
