This commit changes the query used to get a list of orders in the orders admin page to use post_author field instead of the _customer_user post meta when filtering orders by customer.
Testing this change on a local WooCommerce install with about 2.5 million entries in the wp_posts table and about 100 million entries in the wp_postmeta table I got the following results:
- The original query using _customer_user took 28 seconds to run
- The new query using post_author took 0.0008 seconds to run

* Data escaped and validated. Plus translator comment documentation added.
* If it should be int then we should change the empty string default parameter to 0 as in 'if' condition checking 0 and empty string are same.
* Extra bracket removed.
* Indentation is fixed now.
* The taxonomy object should not be assigned to a variable before checking if this is a taxonomy or not.
* echo esc_attr__ replaced by esc_attr_e and visually tested.
* As I use WordPress VIP Coding Standard, they were marking them as warnings. But now it's fixed again.

Remove the activate_error query arg from
the URL for the next step.
* Wizard: Remove temp queued Jetpack install option
This is done so that the option does not remain
when going through the wizard again, or when going
back to previous pages.
It prevents an infinite loop from happening when
waiting for the Jetpack install and activation
to finish on the activate step.
* Wizard: Install and activate Jetpack if needed
Add function to install & activate Jetpack as needed.

Add a list of errors and a function to get the correct error message.

the activate step. If the error
message exists, display it at the top of the page.
* Remove redundant "if" so the $title in the Activate step is always a valid string
* Tweaked the "Server is on a private network" Jetpack activation error message.

The shipping step now detects if live rates can be configured and allows the user to add shipping methods to a domestic and international zone. Note: flat rate shipping still needs an input for rate.

When the file is empty or using an incorrect charset will display just an empty screen, since we output errors before check if the file is valid.
I included the error output inside the mapping step in order to fix this issue, and added a new option to display buttons after the error message.

We did the same in WordPress core across several releases (4.3 - 4.7). Because it's makes the translation process to RTL language (like Hebrew) much easier.

The size of the site very much impacts the status of the site. This type of information would be extremely helpful when supporting a site.
1) post counts - can reveal high volumes of specific kinds of post types both within WC (orders, products, etc) or outside (revisions, attachments, third party ones, etc)
2) table sizes - a site with a 5MB postmeta table is very different than a site with a 5GB postmeta table, which is different than a site with a 50GB postmeta table, and require different kinds of support and focus.

Helper: Set helper compat screen slug to woothemes-helper.

Previously the helper compat screen used a different slug, but
since updates can be done without refreshing the screen via AJAX
the old menu item doesn't disappear until a full refresh. This fix
allows users to navigate to that same menu item and not get an
error.
