Use 'yes' instead of 'true' as the value of the option woocommerce_queue_flush_rewrite_rules
...
WC seems to use 'yes' and 'no' instead of 'true' and 'false' as the values of boolean options, so this commit changes the value of the option woocommerce_queue_flush_rewrite_rules to follow this pattern. Also, the string 'false' can induce bugs as it is truthy.

Use post_author field instead of post meta in orders admin page
...
This commit changes the query used to get a list of orders in the orders admin page to use post_author field instead of the _customer_user post meta when filtering orders by customer.
Testing this change on a local WooCommerce install with about 2.5 million entries in the wp_posts table and about 100 million entries in the wp_postmeta table I got the following results:
- The original query using _customer_user took 28 seconds to run
- The new query using post_author took 0.0008 seconds to run

* Data escaped and validated. Plus translator comment documentation added.
* If it should be int then we should change the empty string default parameter to 0 as in 'if' condition checking 0 and empty string are same.
* Extra bracket removed.
* Indentation is fixed now.
* The taxonomy object should not be assigned to a variable before checking if this is a taxonomy or not.
* echo esc_attr__ replaced by esc_attr_e and visually tested.

Remove the activate_error query arg from
the URL for the next step.
* Wizard: Remove temp queued Jetpack install option
This is done so that the option does not remain
when going through the wizard again, or when going
back to previous pages.
It prevents an infinite loop from happening when
waiting for the Jetpack install and activation
to finish on the activate step.
* Wizard: Install and activate Jetpack if needed

We did the same in WordPress core across several releases (4.3 - 4.7). Because it's makes the translation process to RTL language (like Hebrew) much easier.

Add “site size” areas to system status report

The size of the site very much impacts the status of the site. This type of information would be extremely helpful when supporting a site.
1) post counts - can reveal high volumes of specific kinds of post types both within WC (orders, products, etc) or outside (revisions, attachments, third party ones, etc)
2) table sizes - a site with a 5MB postmeta table is very different than a site with a 5GB postmeta table, which is different than a site with a 50GB postmeta table, and require different kinds of support and focus.

* see #15059 The issue was about editing product attributes. Added back to attributes link.
* Updates admin_url to esc_url
* Added admin_url again wrapping inside esc_url
The function works without admin_url in my previous commit. but i have added admin_url again to make sure it points to correct location.
* Correctted typo of esc function and removed icon
correction of spell mistake and removal of &larr due to translation and RTL concerns. though WP and WC itself using &larr on some places.

Since WC requires at least WP 4.4 we can use `default_hidden_columns` filter rather than creating user meta for hidden by default columns in shop orders. This PR also adds some conditional for hiding shipping or billing column based on `woocommerce_ship_to_countries` option.
