Justin Shreve ade8db4f21 Load v2 files when v2 of the API is requested. Add rewrite support for v3 and load the 'default' API files for those requests. 2015-06-19 13:42:10 +00:00
Mike Jolley 716302d76e Revised API endpoint 
- Trigger an generic action on all API requests
- Set status header based on whether or not the API endpoint is
actually valid/being listened for
- No cache headers
- No longer try to init unknown class
- Init gateways before the request so their listeners are registered
