The following fields now have proper autocomplete attributes:

At this moment we cannot find a way how to create an order using the Orders API with tax exempt status. An additional “is_vat_exempt” API field could be used for this reason. If it is set and true then VAT is not calculated.

Add some additional hooks to handle custom order data
The new hooks:
woocommerce_api_create_order_item
woocommerce_api_set_order_addresses
woocommerce_api_set_line_item
The new woocommerce_api_create_order_item action contains the id-s of the new items ($new_item_id). The following functions have to be returned the item id-s to be able to pass them to the filter:
* set_item(..) function - return $item_id;
* set_line_item(..) function - return $item_id;
* set_shipping(..) function - return $shipping_id;
* set_fee(..) functuion - return $fee_id;
* set_coupon(..) functuion - return $coupon_id;

If the order has no shipping line, there must not generate an unnecessary shipping tax line with 0 value. It was happened if there is set a different tax class for shipping than tax classes of the actual product line items of the order, and the order has not got any shipping line.
The aim is to have the same tax calculation behavior if we create orders using the GUI (front end or back end), and the API.
This condition prevents to create the unnecessary tax line if there is no shipping methods of the order:

choose a different default.
Doing this per zone would add extra complexity, and this has also
proven problematic when a method registers multiple rates.
This commit removes usage of the setting. We should use the display
order and choose the top method by default. It think this balances ease
of use with control.

Since expect return an integer value, we can't return an empty string.
This can generate some kinds of errors like:
'' >= 1 returns false
'' >= -1 returns true
This can be a problem comparing stock quantity like we do in
WC_Product::has_enough_stock()
But using null we have:
null >= 1 returns false
null >= -1 returns false

Persistent caching is more relevant here. Smaller stores won’t see much
gain from using the transient.
This commit also removes the woocommerce_coupon_code_query filter due
to limitations of it being within a prepare() call. Checked github and
no plugins appear to use this filter so should have minimal impact.
woocommerce_get_coupon_id_from_code filter added in place.

Before we decide whether to just return from shipping calculation or
actually calculate it, let's null the values.
Reason for this and not `reset` is because reset also wiped the chosen
shipping method, which might have unintended consequences.
Please test this extensively. You know WooCommerce a lot better than I
do, and I'd like to avoid side effects.

Further get_variation_prices tweaks
...
For 2.5, I’ve adjusted the caching to store 1 transient per variable
product. The cache key etc is still needed, but its stored within a
single transient instead of several.
This should prevent exponential growth of transient data for users.

Differences:
- Rather than delete each cache key individually, this invalidates all
at once (idea from https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4476 )
- Removes ‘replace’ which increments session_id keys unnecessarily.
- Fixes remove/restore cart sessions from making it dirty each page load

Fixed loading of variation prices
...
The original method loaded the prices once, then stored them in a property of the product instance. Any subsequent calls to WC_Product_Variable::get_variation_prices() would get the stored prices, regardless of the value of the $display argument.
