translate the new string added,
translate the name of the widgets,
fix some strings (for singular or plural) and some mising diactritics.
remove the diactritics from slug names
Complete the Romanian translation with the new strings from the last
time. i didn`t translate 1 string, because i didn`t understand well the
context.
Also i have corect some strings from the previous translate
Initial romanian translation with diacritics and 99.97% translation of
strings. A few translations are fuzzy but the kinks will be ironed out.
If there are any other romanian devs around please jump on the
bandwagon and improve the translation - some of the translated texts
are a bit weird..
