Fix rounding issue ([#26583](https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/26583))
To test:
- Set prices to be inclusive of tax with: Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax
- Uncheck the option:"Round tax at subtotal level, instead of rounding per line " in tax settings.
- Set tax rate to 15%
- Create 2 products, one with a price of 99.48 and the next with the price of 108.68
- Create order in admin with 6 of each item
- Click on recalculate. You should see that the total will match the sum of item subtotal and taxes:
