153.100 MCA Compliance
|
||||
|
||||
_Purpose._ The purpose of this section is to bring the City of Choteau Zoning code up to compliance with the Montana Code Annotated changes enacted by the 2023 legisature.

1. SB 178 Digital mining facilities.

||||
1. shall be treated the same as data centers

||||
2. shall be allowed to operate in GI General Industrial

||||
4. Shall be allowed in R Residential

||||
1. but shall comply with noise ordinances

||||
2. SB 331 Condo/townhome subdivision exemption

||||
1. Condos and townhomes shall be exempt from from subdivision requirements

||||
1. shall be in conformance with zoning regulations pertaining to land use, density, bulk and dimensional requirements, landscaping, and parking requirements.
