Add inline comments, tweak version to 2.4 for Portainer compatibility, add friendly container name.

fix(Docker): Fixed Docker-Compose-Example

The docker-compose example now runs out of the box, when the env variables are supplied. Migrations are
applied at startup and cachetable is created.
