Some kiosks were equipped with the Accessibility Keypad from Storm Interface while some were not equipped with this keypad. When renting a movie, someone who is wheelchair bound would plug in headphones into the audio jack and it would give instructions on what to press. Keys would correspond just like a phone when inputting an email address. Outside this, it acts as a regular number pad.
