The reason for this issue is currently unknown, but it may be caused from clearing the CMOS.</p>

<p>If the start screen is blank (no carousel with titles), and no titles are shown on the Rental screen, you may have “Closed” your kiosk, this clears the inventory in the kiosk and results in no products being in stock. An inventory sync should resolve this.</p>
