---++Powerpoint Size Tips

In order to reduce the size of your powerpoint presentation please try compressing images.  To do this see below.

*Powerpoint pre-2007*

   * Right click on an image in the presentation
   * Select properties to open the properties dialogue box
   * Click on the compress button to open the Compress dialogue box
   * Select "All images in document" and "web" settings
   * Click on OK to close the Compress dialogue box
   * Click on OK to close the properties dialogue box
   * Save the presentation after the proce

*Powerpoint 2007*

   * CLick on an image in the presentation
   * Click on the tab at the top that says "Pictures"
   * Click on Compress images
   * Use same settings as above.
