Note 'I' before Facts in the name of this element occuring in FactSheetType. Although this is what is in the schema, it is probably a mis-spelling and is meant to be LocationSpecificFacts, which is where it is documented in the wiki. -- Main.BobMorris - 30 Dec 2005.
