---++ New features since 5th proposal
(based on the FifthProposal)

   * new GET parameters accepted:
      * _verbose_ parameter of the original view operation is used in all request types as an GET parameter to turn of the protocol envelope.
      * _xsl_ Allow the inclusion of an optional XSLT URL in the XML response doc for all operations. This URL needs to be passed as a GET parameter "xsl" in the view operation. 

   * views
      * allow optional ordering of indexing elements in views via qualified concepts
      * remove <nodes> element in mapping section and just use the node element to contain a list of concepts etc
