<h2>1. Introduction</h2>
<p>This document serves as a guide through the implementation process and will include details on the deliverables for implementation, the tools they will be created with, and resources required to create them.</p>
<h2>2. Web Site </h2>
<p>GISIN will host:<br />
- Directory of sources, cachers, and portals, and data commons<br />
- Test library<br />
- Possibly a portal</p>
<h2>3. Provider Toolkit</h2>
<ol>
<li>- Vocabulary Analysis Matrix Tool</li>
</ol>
<p>Jim will develop the documentation, toolkit, and test platform on machine he has access to in Colorado.&nbsp; After release these elements will be moved to another server (TBD) and be mirrored.</p>
<p><b>4. Testing</b></p>
<p>4.1 Turn-on testing</p>
<p>Initial testing of the system will be performed by Brian Steves, Shawn Dalton, and Jim Graham. </p>
