The [no member](https://github.com/Montana-Dinosaur-Center/bylaws/blob/main/governance%20committee/no-members) and [member](https://github.com/Montana-Dinosaur-Center/bylaws/blob/main/governance%20committee/members) proposals for bylaws revisions were proposed at the June 13th, 2020 board meeting.
