Fixes error on eventBusSearch that was causing unecessary items loading, fetching even from previous collections. Removes unused mutations from filters module in store. Fixes self-loading inssue in SelectBox filter.

Transform the EventBusSearch in a plugin that is now binded to each Vue instance (both theme and admin), but with separate Store and Router options. Criates a routerTheme instance, as admin router deals with more things that are needed on theme.
