Introduce `woocommerce_coupon_data_panels` action.
If someone wants to add a new tab to the Coupons data meta box, they can use the `woocommerce_coupon_data_tabs` filter to register a new tab. These tabs accept a `target` key that lets you specify the `div` ID to reveal when the tab is clicked on. It turns out, however, that there is no way to actually add the `div` to the page, making the filter for custom tabs only good for removing tabs.

Like PayPal, Mijireh struggles with out prices including tax due to
rounding errors. Since the validation cannot be disabled, its better to
just send the order as 1 item. This will prevent rounding errors and
payment failures.
Prices excluding tax are unaffected.

The OAuth spec indicates that the full query string should be URL
encoded. The array_walk method does not change keys so when used with a
parameter like `filter[period]=week`, the key is not properly encoded.
This fixes that by properly encoding both the key and value.

prevents SSL authentication from working properly. This commit allows
the use of a query string fallback (e.g.

API: normalize both key and value before calculating OAuth signature

The OAuth spec indicates that the full query string should be URL
encoded. The array_walk method does not change keys so when used with a
parameter like `filter[period]=week`, the key is not properly encoded.
This fixes that by properly encoding both the key and value.

Because the json_search_customer_name action is in the scope of $this, and there's no instance of it to allow remove_action() to play nicely with, it's really difficult to modify this query. And, unfortunately, it's quite non-performant on large user tables.
One possible option would be to allow users to filter this query directly. This PR reflects that approach.

Because the json_search_customer_name action is in the scope of $this, and there's no instance of it to allow remove_action() to play nicely with, it's really difficult to modify this query. And, unfortunately, it's quite non-performant on large user tables.
One possible option would be to allow users to filter this query directly. This PR reflects that approach.

When WordPress is running inside of a sub-directory,
get_woocommerce_api_url() returns the domain along with the
sub-directory path, which results in a duplicate path when the API
request string is added. This commit fixes this by fetching only the
home host and adding the request path to it. set_url_scheme() is used
to set the scheme to either http or https based on the request itself
instead of basing it on whether force_ssl_checkout is enabled or not.

Fix completing order payment for deleted product
...
When marking payment as complete on an order which contains a product which has
since been deleted, a fatal error will be thrown because the product is assumed
to exist.
The specific error is `PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function is_downloadable()`.
It occurs when checking if the order status should be set as completed or processing,
by determining if the product on the order is downloadable and virtual.
This patch will mark an order as "processing" if the product has since been deleted.

Make customer data for orders endpoint consistent for guest orders
...
Simply returning ‘guest’ for the customer property changes the data
type of the response from a dictionary to string which is bad for
clients that should be able to always expect a dictionary. This commit
fixes that by using the same dictionary structure as registered
customer orders, but excluding fields which aren’t applicable. Clients
can determine guest vs. registered customer orders by inspecting the
value of customer ID, which is 0 for guest orders.

weren’t set, which required an additional save before they were set.
This commit fixes this to set `read` permissions by default when
initially generating API keys.

Registration error handler and my_account_message hook

To block registration spam, and authenticate the $_POST values, a
woocommerce_process_registration_errors filter hook is needed.
WordPress has a login_message filter, which causes a duplicate message
on the My Account login page since WC uses the same filter hook name. A
different filter hook name, such as my_account_message, would eliminate
this issue.
