Check that functions gutenberg_supports_block_templates and gutenberg_get_block_template exist before usages. (5183)

Make sure Gutenberg is NOT active on your site
Install the WordPress Beta Tester plugin.
Go to Tools > Beta Testing and select "Bleeding edge" as the update channel.
Go to Dashboard > Updates and click "Update to latest 5.9 nightly".
After updating to e.g. WP 5.9-alpha-52211 navigate to /shop.
Verify there is no fatal error in /shop.
