Begins implementation of Background process store module. Begins implementation of 'last updated at...' info on Item Edition Page. Fixes disabled metadata not being listed at metadata edition page. Fixes error on creating filter. Get's rid of vuex warning when switching metadata and filter enabled state.

A lot of improvements on advanced search ( #22 )
...
Removed forced reload when close advanced search;
Not accept repeated tags on tag input;
Default value on select (following the type of metadatum);
When remove a tag inserted in tag input the value is realy removed from taxquery;
The date input now have a i18n mask;
Some uncessary code or dummy code was refactored.
