In the Hand-Picked Products control within the product-collection inspector controls, a function for decoding HTML entities in product names has been added.
- A new utility function `decodeHTMLEntities` has been implemented. This function decodes HTML entities in a string, ensuring that special characters are correctly displayed in their human-readable form.
- The `transformTokenIntoProductName` function has been updated to utilize `decodeHTMLEntities`. Now, when a product name is fetched (either directly as a token or via a product ID), the HTML entities within the name are decoded.
- This enhancement ensures that product names containing characters like ampersands or other HTML entities are accurately displayed in the UI.
This change improves the readability and accuracy of product names within the Hand-Picked Products control, enhancing the user experience for store managers using WooCommerce Blocks.

In WordPress 6.4, it appears that the global `have_posts` is `false` in
the context of the full site editing single product template. This
breaks the Classic Template block.
In this commit, we are creating a custom query using the available id
instead of relying on the global query.
This might be a temporary workaround as we are waiting to see
if that's an issue that core is willing to fix, as it might affect
backwards-compatibility for other vendors.

For HPOS the idea is to disallow changing the authoritative data
source for orders (new tables <--> posts table) while there are orders
pending synchronization, since this can lead to data loss. However,
while this was indeed disallowed in the features UI, it was still
possible to manually change the value of the corresponding option
(via "wp option" command); there was code in place to prevent this
(by throwing an exception) but it had been commented out to ease
testing during the development of the feature.
This commit restores that commented out code, so in principle,
trying to change value of the option while there are orders pending
synchronization will throw an exception. BUT a filter is introduced,
wc_allow_changing_orders_storage_while_sync_is_pending, to allow
bypassing this behavior: the filter returns "false" by default, but
if it returns "true", changing the option will never throw an
exception. This is needed for a few of the existing unit tests,
but otherwise it should never be done (and the filter is documented
as such).
Additionally, if the filter returns "true" it will be possible to
change the value of the option in the features UI; but a warning
message will be shown in red if there are orders pending sync.

Adds a new file browsing view for Logs and sets the stage for other UI improvements described in #40644. In this view, the list of log files can be sorted by several different parameters and also filtered by the log's "source" (which is essentially the prefix on the log's filename). It has the standard list table feature of being able to select multiple rows at once and perform a bulk action. In this case, the only bulk action is currently to delete files. Clicking on one of the files brings you to the single file view, which at this point is just the old log file view.

Only setting default category `_all` for `search` view if `product_type` (i.e. `query.section`) is also set. The previous arrangement was setting the `_all` category on the initial search results, where category doesn't figure.
Removed `! props.view` from condition in `recordLegacyTabView`. It meant that the initial default marketplace view wasn't being recorded.
Solve issue with some default prop values
We were no longer sending through a property to determine the "view" or "section" (depending on which event version you're referring to) when loading the discover page.
This change ensures that there is always a fallback that resolves this.
Also fixed some linting issues and cleaned up redundant code.
Removed unused import.
Removed default values from `marketplaceViewProps` – we are now handling this in the tracking function.
Changed `selectedTab` dependency of `useEffect` hook in content.tsx to `query?.tab`. The `selectedTab` state was being reset after (or at least not at the same time as) the change of the tab param in the query string. For this reason, we were recording two page views when you changed from Extensions tab and Shipping category to Themes tab. This doesn't seem to break anything! We are still setting the `selectedTab` based on the query string in the `Tabs` component, so they should still be in sync.
Removed the condition skipping marketplace page view when there was no `prop.view`. This meant that when you switched to the Discovery tab from another tab, we weren't recording the page view.
Also setting default category prop `_all` when no category is specified on extensions, themes and search tabs. This allows us to bundle the default views of those tabs with the views got by clicking on the "All" category link.

As part of the checkout process an order is created and the order id
is stored in a session variable right before requesting payment
processing to the appropriate payment gateway. Thus if the payment
fails and the user submits the order again, the order id will be
picked from the session so the existing order can be retrieved and
updated.
However if the payment process hangs (instead of returning an error)
and the request never finishes the session data will never actually
be sorted, and the next time the user submits the order a duplicate
of the first order will be created.
This commit simply does WC()->session->save_data() after the
WC()->session->set that stores the order id, so that the session is
effectively updated even if the request hangs.

This commit addresses an issue where layout attributes could become undefined during the block migration process. Alongside this fix, several updates were made to align the migration logic with the new `ProductCollectionDisplayLayout` types:
- Added logic to handle `undefined` layout attributes, defaulting to `DEFAULT_ATTRIBUTES.displayLayout`.
- Removed `ProductGridLayout` and `ProductGridLayoutTypes` from the types file.
- Imported `LayoutOptions` and `ProductCollectionDisplayLayout` from the product-collection module.
- Updated the `mapLayoutType` and `mapLayoutPropertiesFrom...` functions to use the new layout types.

Restored `woocommerce_show_addons_page` filter, which is used to add or not add the Extensions menu item.

When tab is changed, `@woocommerce/navigation` package resets
the `term` query parameter. So `query.term` becomes undefined.

When an order is open in admin and changes are made to custom field
keys or values, or values are added in "Add New Custom Field",
and "Update" in the order is clicked (without having clicked "Update"
in the modified fields or "Add Custom Field"), the field changes
should be applied to the order anyway. That was happening when
the posts table is authoritative but not when the orders table is.

In this update, the layout options for the Product Collection block are transferred from the Toolbar to the Inspector controls. Below is the breakdown of the changes:
1. **Constants Update**
- `LayoutOptions` enumeration has been imported into `constants.ts`, facilitating a more structured approach to managing layout types (grid and stack).
- The default display layout type has been updated from 'flex' to reference `LayoutOptions.GRID`.
- The `getDefaultQuery` function now uses the `getDefaultValueOfInheritQueryFromTemplate` utility to set the default `inherit` value. (This is mainly done to fix a bug)
2. **Display Layout Control Removal**
- The `display-layout-control.tsx` file has been removed, discontinuing the previous method of layout management.
3. **New Layout Options Control**
- A new component `LayoutOptionsControl` has been introduced in the `layout-options-control.tsx` file, utilizing the experimental `ToggleGroupControl` and `ToggleGroupControlOption` components from the WordPress package to provide a more intuitive layout selection experience.
- The `types.ts` file has been updated to define the `LayoutOptions` enum, effectively mapping 'flex' to 'GRID' and 'list' to 'STACK'.
4. **Inspector Controls Update**
- In `inspector-controls/index.tsx`, the obsolete `DisplayLayoutControl` has been replaced with the new `LayoutOptionsControl`, integrating it into the `ProductCollectionInspectorControls` component.
- The `BlockControls` wrapper has been removed, and layout options have been relocated to the Inspector controls, presented as a toggle group within the ToolsPanel.
5. **Inherit Query Control Modification**

This is necessary because the layout of WooCommerce > Extensions pages adjusts the page height (to compensate for the larger header). On systems with scrollbars set to always-visible, this results in a ~1px overflow of the inner content and double-scrollbars are visible. This CSS mitigates that.

The external @wordpress/router package is not available in these versions, so we need to bundle it with the plugin. This is a temporary fix until we can drop support for WP 6.2 and below.

The main aim of this PR was to convert the product-control component to TypeScript. However, since the component is coupled with many other parts (it is itself wrapped into 4 HOCs), many refactoring changes were needed to make the types work.
In particular:
* Add `convertProductResponseItemToSearchItem` utility function
The function allows to clean up the `ProductResponseItem` in order
to make its shape compatible with the `SearchListItem`, instead of
passing the entire object.
Because data from the object might need to be used in certain
circumstance (e.g. render functions), the data is now allowed to be
scoped within a `details` key.
This commit also converts `utils/products` to TypeScript.
* Fix `ProductResponseItem` type missing `slug`
The `slug` is returned by the API but didn't appear in the type def.
* Improve certain HOCs types
The `withSearchedProducts` and `withTransformSingleSelectToMultipleSelect`
HOCs are now typed in such a way that it is clear what incoming props

- `ProductListContextProvider` provides `setIsLoading` function as well as `isLoading`.
- `Discover` uses these values from context, instead of keeping a loading state in itself.
- `FeedbackModal` calls `maybSetTimeout` when `isLoading` changes. If `isLoading` isn't truthy, and snackbar hasn't already rendered, it sets a timeout of 5 seconds to show it.
- Removed wrapping <WooFooterItem> from around Footer component, so it's no longer a child of the WooCommerce Admin `.woocommerce-layout__footer` footer.
- Removed the `position: relative` from `.woocommerce-layout__footer`. It needs to be `position: fixed`.
- Added FooterContent component to Footer, to allow the layout we want.
- Changed use of context. This now only has states for the selected tab and loading state.
- We use this context in `Tabs` and `Content` to keep track of which tab is selected, and set the selected tab.
- We also use it in `Discover` and `Extensions`, which both report loading state to the context. This allows us to use it to only render the snackbar when loading is complete.
- Extensions: moved `productList` and `setProductList` and logic for getting product list from the context provider to a state in this component. We don't need to share the list of products in the context.
- Renamed `ProductListContext`, `ProductListContextProvider` and `productListContextValue` to more generic `MarketplaceContext`, `MarketplaceContextProvider` and `marketplaceContextValue`.
- Renamed a constant and created constants for API paths.
- Only shows snackbar after content has loaded, and after a timeout. We set a date `marketplace_redesign_2023_last_shown_date` in local storage to ensure we only show one snackbar.

### Justification:
The official name of Venezuela's currency is Bolivar (Bs.). However, as we have had a couple of reconversions in recent years, temporary epithets have been used to distinguish the different monetary cones with a practical sense in the transition period. This is the reason why Bolivar Fuerte (Bs.F) and Bolivar Soberano (Bs.S) was used.
However, the Bolívar Fuerte (monetary cone) went out of circulation on December 3, 2018 and the Bolívar Soberano (monetary cone) started to be called only Bolívar (Bs.) since February 2019, after a reasonable period of time had passed for the population to get used to the change of monetary cone.
This came into effect with Resolution No. 19-02-01 published on February 14, 2019 by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV, Banco Central de Venezuela), where it can be read:
[...] _as of the effective date of this Resolution, the price of goods and services and other monetary amounts shall be expressed only in the monetary scale in effect as of August 20, 2018, making mention of "bolívares" or the symbol "Bs."_

We were hitting the WCCOM API directly from the front end. However,
that limits of in terms of caching and reducing the load on WCCOM.
To prevent that, we added a REST API endpoint. This endpoint
fetches discover page content from WCCOM and puts in a transient.
This is actually how the page works in the previous version. So
we were able to reuse a lot of the code.
- Removed duplicate `Search` styles from `header.scss`.
- Removed 10px top padding from `Header`. Applied it to title, meta and search containers instead.
- Deleted duplicate search button style from `header.scss`.
- Swapped round order of search component and header meta div so tab navigation order is correct.
- Added focus style to search component.
- Reduced footer side padding on mobile.
- Changed `.woocommerce-marketplace__header-title` page title to an h1 for accessibility.

This commit brings significant improvements to the ProductCollection block.
1. A new property `parsed_block` is added to the class to hold the block with its attributes before it gets rendered. This allows for more complex manipulations of the block and its attributes.
2. Interactivity has been added to the product collection block. The block is marked as an interactive region so it can be updated during client-side navigation. The `add_navigation_id_directive` method is responsible for adding this functionality. This ensures better UX as users navigate through the products.
3. Navigation links inside the Query Pagination block are also made interactive. The `add_navigation_link_directives` function is responsible for this. All anchor tags in the pagination are given the `data-wc-navigation-link` attribute with relevant navigation payload. This includes prefetching and scroll behavior. The pagination links are given unique keys for 'previous' and 'next' navigation.
4. The `render_block` filter hook has been used to add these functionalities to the product collection and query pagination blocks during render.

This commit expands the existing PHPUnit tests for the ProductCollection block type to cover scenarios involving stock status queries. Specifically, a new test method, `test_merging_stock_status_queries`, has been added.
This method tests if the 'woocommerceStockStatus' attribute is correctly merged into the query parameters. It verifies that the stock status is correctly incorporated into the 'meta_query' array as part of the constructed query.
This addition enhances the coverage of our test suite, ensuring that the ProductCollection block behaves as expected in scenarios involving stock status queries.
* Add extensive testing for ProductCollection block's query merging
The following test methods were added:
1. `test_merging_default_stock_queries`: This tests the merging of default stock queries, verifying the absence of meta_query in certain conditions.
2. `test_merging_attribute_queries`: This tests the merging of attribute queries, ensuring the correct taxonomy and terms are used in the merged tax_query.
3. `test_merging_order_by_rating_queries` and `test_merging_order_by_popularity_queries`: These test the merging of order by queries, checking for the right orderby and meta_key in the merged query.
4. `test_product_visibility_query_exist_in_merged_query`: This tests if the product visibility query exists in the merged query.
This additional testing improves the reliability and coverage of our tests, ensuring the correct functionality of the ProductCollection block's query merging process.

* Add tests for REST query modifications in ProductCollection block
This commit adds two new test cases and a helper method to the `ProductCollection` test class.
The helper method, `build_request()`, constructs a simplified `WP_REST_Request` object for testing purposes. This request object simulates a typical request from the ProductCollection block, including potential WooCommerce parameters such as 'woocommerceOnSale', 'woocommerceAttributes', and 'woocommerceStockStatus'.
The first new test, `test_updating_rest_query_without_attributes()`, tests the block's capability to modify a REST query that doesn't include any product attribute filters. It verifies that the correct '_stock_status' and 'product_visibility' parameters are set in the meta and tax queries respectively.
The second test, `test_updating_rest_query_with_attributes()`, does the same as the previous one but with the inclusion of a product attribute filter in the REST request. This test verifies that the block can handle REST queries with attribute filters correctly.
These tests improve coverage on the ProductCollection block's REST query handling, ensuring that it can merge different filter queries correctly.
* Add test for merging taxonomies query in ProductCollection block
This commit introduces a new test, `test_merging_taxonomies_query()`, in the `ProductCollection` test class.
The test simulates a situation where the block has to merge taxonomy queries related to product categories and tags. The parsed block attributes are configured to include 'product_cat' and 'product_tag' taxonomies with certain term IDs.
The test then asserts that the merged query correctly includes these taxonomies with the appropriate term IDs and 'include_children' set to false. This confirms that the block correctly merges taxonomy filters when building the final query.

This commit adds a new `__experimentalExpandOnFocus` attribute to the component within the `HandPickedProductsControl`. The value is set to `true`, enabling automatic expansion of the list when the user focuses on the product selection field.
This change aims to improve the user experience by making it easier for the user to see all available options when they focus on the selection list.
Fixes the calculation from when Apply minimum order rule before coupon discount is active and prices are entered inclusive of tax and displayed that way in cart and checkout, free shipping is no longer available (based on the minimum order amount including tax), as it uses the pre-tax amount when a coupon is applied.
